Wolverine #66 (preview)

Monday, June 16th, 2008 by Shawn Munguia

The line that many have used to sell this Marvel Comics tale is “like Unforgiven starring Wolverine.” All the heroes have fallen and Wolvie is about the only one left alive. Hulk’s hick descendants, pretty much, run a big chunk of the country and Wolvie is in hock to them. So he sets off on a cross country job with the now blind Hawkeye to try and earn the money to save his pig farm. You read that right, “his pig farm.”

Kickass #3 preview

Monday, June 2nd, 2008 by Shawn Munguia

I have to say, I look forward to this Marvel Comics each month with bated breath. The story, by Mark Millar, is lots of fun and the main character enjoyable. Really kind of an interesting concept of tracking the development of the first superhero in a world with no superheroes.
